The Aug. 30 dockside dinner at Sea Chef Dockside Kitchen connects guests with North Carolina's seafood heritage by introducing them to local fishermen and chefs. Attendees will board fishing vessels, enjoy seafood-inspired hors d'oeuvres, and participate in a collaborative four-course dinner, supporting the NC Catch organization and celebrating local seafood culture.
